Japanese Concentration Support Opportunities

There are opportunities for corporations or organizations to support the CIA’s Japanese Cuisine programming by joining the Japanese Studies Leadership Council.

This support enables the CIA to bring in renowned expert chefs in Japanese cuisine to lead the culinary courses and helps ensure that the educational tour of Japan is offered at no cost to students, aside from international airfare and personal expenses.

Depending on the level of membership, supporting organizations may also receive the opportunity to:

  • Deliver a special lecture to students in the concentration, as well as other CIA students and faculty;

  • Provide product exposure during the coursework;

  • Be featured on the CIA’s Japanese Kitchen website; and

  • Attend a traditional kaiseki dinner prepared by students in the concentration.

Other Support Opportunities

There are additional sponsorship opportunities for conferences and other programs.
